Daniel Afriyie Barnieh makes Black Stars final squad for Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup

Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, a striker for Accra Hearts of Oak SC, a big team in the Ghana Premier League, has been added to the 26 man Black Stars team.

Saani Daara, a sports journalist, has confirmed that the player’s name will be on the list of players for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup that will be released on Friday.

He was a big reason why Ghana’s Black Galaxies were able to beat Nigeria and get into the 2023 CAF Championship of Africa Nations in Algeria.

He also scored three goals in two of the four games that Black Meteors played against Mozambique to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations for U23 in 2023.

He has played for the Black Stars, Ghana’s Black Satellites (U20), Ghana’s Black Meteors (U23), and the Black Galaxies.
