He was born in Oita, grew up in the Kawasaki region, and enrolled in the Frontale Academy when he was 10 years old. It was only a matter of time before Yahiro Kazama’s senior team, which was being managed by the U18s, offered him a promotion.
He declined the offer, though, and enrolled at the University of Tsukuba instead. He would play in the Kanto University Soccer League while attending the university of his choice, Tsukuba, where he would later be named to the all-league XI in his final three seasons while studying physical education.
In 2020, the young soccer player signed his first-ever contract with the senior Kawasaki Frontale squad. On the first day of the 2020 J1 League season, he made his official pro debut. After the global pandemic finally subsided, he quickly made a name for himself.
