Aguero Replies Mexican Boxer Who Threatened Messi For Stepping On His Country’s Football Jersey

Sergio Aguero, who used to play for Argentina, told Canelo Alvarez what happened when Lionel Messi stepped on the Mexico football shirt.

Remember that the Mexican boxer threatened Lionel Messi in a series of tweets for what he said was a disrespectful act.

Messi accidentally kicked a Mexico shirt as he tried to take off his boot while Argentina was celebrating their 2-0 win over Mexico. Canelo said that Messi should be called out for the move.

In the above tweets, he even asks God not to let him catch Messi. Sergio Aguero has now talked about why his friend stepped on the shirt.

Aguero said that the shirts are always on the floor in the locker room when people are celebrating, so Messi was not trying to be rude to Mexico or its people.

Canelo won’t believe any of the explanations because he thinks Messi did it on purpose. On his Twitter account, he still talks about what happened.
