The Gunners sit top of the tree after 17 games, a point ahead of Liverpool and Aston Villa. Reigning champions City are five points adrift of the leaders after dropping points at home to Crystal Palace on Saturday, but have big players to come back from injury in the coming weeks.
Mourinho, a Premier League winner in both his spells as Chelsea manager, has ruled his former club out of contention after their slow start under Mauricio Pochettino
However, he also has his doubts over Arsenal, whose most recent title came in the 2003-04 season – with Mourinho moving to the Premier League for the first time in the wake of that success.
“I would say Man City 51 per centt], and Liverpool 49 per centt].” Mourinho said on The Obi One podcast.
When quizzed on whether Arsenalise in the running, he replied with a simple “Na.”.
“Rivalry apart, I would like them to win,” he added. “Of course, Chelsea is not going to win. It is out of the question.
“Of course, Manchester United is not going to win it too, I don’t speak about Man Utd. So it is between these three, and out of these three, I would like Arsenal to win it.
“But 51, 49. And I say 51, 49 because when the accumulation of matches is coming, Man City has two teams.”

“A lot of good things, but the one thing I don’t like is the result,” Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said after the stalemate. “We had opportunities, but we should’ve had more, better chances as well.

“The intensity of the game, everyone saw we really wanted it. The counter-pressing has probably been the best since this group was put together. We hardly let them out of their half in the first half.
“I can’t remember such a dominant performance against Man United – even the 7-0 last season, they were more in the game. But it’s 0-0, they probably feel slightly better than us, and for us, it’s taking the point and carrying on.
