Barcelona was really upset with unsuccessful Manchester United move for Ousmane Dembele

Barcelona are reportedly very angry and unhappy of failed attempt to see Ousmane Dembele move to Manchester United after he refused to move.

Dembele’s transfer plans out of Barcelona to the English Premier league reach a dead end as the process of transferring him could not be completed before the close of the transfer window.

The Frenchman is aware that he does not fit into the plans of the club this season. His failure to seal a transfer deal for an EPL team means there is actually no space created for the services of Memphis Depay.

Barca was hopeful that the transfer would go through before the transfer window was closed but it was never to be not even after Ousmane Dembele was pursued by Manchester United. The Red Devils also failed to get their target Jadon Sancho, an Englishman as their prime objective this summer, but the talks with Borussia Dortmund did not deliver a good impact.

The Red Devils focused their attention somewhere else as time passed and it was gradually apparent that Sancho would remain at Dortmund past the transfer window.

They became keen in Ousmane Dembele, but after momentarily evaluating the bid of the English club, the Frenchman opted to stay at the Camp Nou, which left Barcelona in disarray.

Following Manchester United’s desire to introduce him to Old Trafford, Ousmane Dembele was allegedly talking to Paul Pogba.

Manchester United 6 obviously succeeded in persuading the former player from Dortmund to take that step, which led to a highly probable transition.

Barcelona planned for the expulsion of Dembele and substituted it with Lyon’s Depay. The Netherlands was also willing to travel because it took him together with its former team owner, Ronald Koeman.
