Various sources are now confirming that Chelsea has agreed to a deal with Napoli for striker Romelu Lukaku, following several months of discussions between the two clubs.

Lukaku had agreed personal terms with Antonio Conte’s side several weeks ago. He is now set to put pen to paper on a three-year contract at the Stadio Maradona, which will run until the summer of 2027.
Napoli will be the third Serie A club that Lukaku has represented in his career thus far, following a Scudetto win with Inter under the aforementioned Conte. He would later return to San Siro on loan following his €113m move to Chelsea in 2021.

There was also a spell on loan with Roma last term, where he scored 21 goals from 47 appearances in all competitions.
